To those who believe in new age or symbic feng shui, ornamental frogs, especially gold or silver in colour, are considered to be lucky and will assist growth. Some feng shui masters tell their students to place one at the main entrance of a home to encourage good luck. It seems that a small ornamental frog placed in a potted plant will help to encourage growth.
