So far I have not come across homes that are dome shaped in Malaysia. I know there are some African huts with circular roofs and the igloos of the Eskimos are also such a shape.
In Feng Shui, circular or dome shaped roofs symbolise perfection since there is no beginning or end. Usually we find such roofs on religious buildings, like the mosque pictured above.
