HERBS

There are some of us who prefer to take herbs that are fresh instead of the dried and processed ones. Actually one can always get them at the wet markets. There will always be the little old ladies who would sell the produce from their backyard garden or farms.
I bought a bunch of the Keremak Merah (see reddish coloured leaves in the last picture) at RM2 and would be boiling it tomorrow. This herb is said to help blood circulation, reduce cholesterol, high blood pressure and also diabetes.
