The above pictures show my librarian, Vimalan, helping me to uproot a dead plant from the school Herb Garden. I had actually tried to pull out the plant by myself earlier on. However, instead of getting rid of the plant, I ended up spraining my arm and felt discomfort around the chest area. I must've pulled a muscle or two. My library assistant teased me by saying, "Sedarlah diri. Anda tak muda lagi" (Know who you are. You are not young anymore). Yalah! Yalah! I got the message but I think it is a wee bit too late as the damage has already been done.There is another thing I just remembered. The location of the Herb Garden is in the West and as we all know, the west is afflicted by the Illness Star 2 this year. By being in the area too long, I would have absorbed a lot of negative Qi and so the tendency of getting sick would be easier. For your information, I was in the garden for a few hours on Monday and also at least two hours today.
