The caption in the picture reads, "Toilet in the Garden". Who in their right mind would want to do their business in full view of all and sundry. Certainly not me!
Anyway, toilets were not built inside the house in ancient China. Rather, the loos were in a separate cubicle at the back of the house. Seems that toilets are regarded as bad and so if possible, they should be placed in the afflicted centres of the home. If we follow Flying Star Feng Shui, the positions of the stars change each year and a good sector can turn bad the following year. So, I think the toilet in the garden concept would be good.
