A few of my colleagues whom I had taught how to blog have created blogs about their families. As you all know, my blog, Xing Fu, is dedicated towards the pursuit of happiness. The theme of my blog is not exactly about family but actually in my books, family equals happiness. I have a total of 7 nephews and nieces and I enjoy being with each and every one of them whenever I can.
For instance, I try and make it a point to have lunch with my nephews, Jeremy and Benjamin, on Sundays. I would usually pick them up from their church after they have attended morning service. The boys would regale both their grandma and yee yee about their week's activities. They know that they would have two very attentive listeners.
I have another 2 nephews and a niece who live in Singapore. Unfortunately, I don't have that much contact time with them as they live so far away. However, whenever they come back to Ipoh, I make sure that I spend as much time as I can with them.
Altogether, I have a total of 5 nephews and 2 nieces. Jeremy and Benjamin are the sons of my sister, Li Mei, and Michael. Keefe, Kelley and Kristofer are the offsprings of Li Lian and her husband, David. My godsister, Sophie and her husband have two children, James and Jamie. All these boys and girls are very precious to me and I love them very much. I have said it at the start of this post that family equals happiness and to be able to be with them and knowing that each and everyone of them is healthy and living well is what happiness is about.
