Plucking the herbs from the school Herb Garden
There are many types of herbs planted in the Herb Garden of my school. Once in a while my colleagues and I try to make use of the herbs for medicinal purposes and also to cook.

Today we decided to make use of the mengkudu leaves, the kaduk leaves, cekur leaves, the pegaga and bebuas leaves to make kerabu. For the information of foreign visitors, kerabu is a type of salad-like dish using herbs. We also added bean sprouts, long beans, bunga kantan, selom leaves, lime, garlic, shallots, grated coconut and anchovies.
