Spring wrote in to ask whether there was any Talisman or Feng Shui tip to lose weight. Well, as far as I know there is none. Exercising and dieting are two of the most effective and safe ways that I can think of. And don't go eating all the diet pills which might contain some drugs as they might effect our health.
However, as an afterthought I realised that consumption of some natural herbs might just do the trick.

Here are a list of herbs and fruits which when drunk as tea or eaten might help to burn cholesterol and promote weight loss. Give them a try and you will see results though the results might take some time to be apparent.
