Yup! I found this out a couple of days ago while I was surfing the net. The Kiwi fruit is actually a Chinese fruit! This fruit is used quite a bit in Chinese medicine.If you go to www.en.wikipedia you'd find that "The kiwifruit (or kiwi) is the edible berry of a cultivar group of the woody vine Actinidia deliciosa and hybrids between this and other species in the genus Actinidia. The Actinidia is native to Shaanxi, China. Wonder why it is not called China fruit?
