The four young men from Fahrenheit are slim and toned, especially Chun. They are in a business where good looks is everything since they are subject to public scrutiny all the time. How do they manage to look so good? Well, besides having being blessed with gorgeous genes, they also workout. They are also at an advantage because Chun is a qualified fitness instructor and he would of course give them guidance and tips on keeping fit.
The second and third pictures shows Aaron demonstrating the pelvic curl. Game to try it. Instructions are as follow:
- Preparation: Lie on your back, make sure your entire back is flat on the floor, suck in your stomach to flatten the hollow in your back, legs in hook position, knees at 90 deg angle.
- Slowly raise your bum and peel your back away from the floor until you are balancing on your upper back, slightly below your shoulders (DO NOT BALANCE ON YOUR NECK OR YOU MIGHT BREAK IT!) Engage your ab muscles to maintain your body a straight line diagonally to the floor. Keep your bum in line and don't let it sag. Sustain for 30 secs.
- Movements 1+2 make one set. Do 20 sets. Credits to fishybizness @ CEFC.
