EXERCISE FOR A SLIM WAIST


Having a slim waist is what many girls want as it does make one look good in clothes. It is during holidays and festivals that we tend to indulge and when after that we would find bulges around our waist area. The above pictures show Chun demonstrating an exercise for a slim waist. Follow the instructions below:
  1. Left hand placed on the wall for support, right hand raised above your head, straighten your right leg and lift it slightly off the floor.
  2. Raise your right leg towards the side, and crunch your upper body downwards, your hand should still be above your head, employ your abs to draw in both your leg and upper body such that your elbow and knee meet.
  3. Go back to step 1, and that completes one set. Do 20 sets, then change sides.
