Look at how slim Calvin is. I read that he was rather chubby when he was much younger and so was Chun and Aaron but see how discipline, workout and a balanced diet has turned these guys into well-toned hunks.
Instructions for the exercise demonstrated by Calvin:
- Preparation: Lie on your stomach, placing your elbows at right angles to lift your upper body. Your stomach and lower body should touch the floor.
- Raise your lower body on tip-toe, squeeze your abs to keep your body in a horizontal line, make sure your butt doesn't stick up, sustain for 30 secs. (When in this position, keep your shoulders relaxed and down, away from your ears.)
- Return to position 1, that completes one set. Do 5 sets.
