MORE ABDOMINAL EXERCISE


Look at how slim Calvin is. I read that he was rather chubby when he was much younger and so was Chun and Aaron but see how discipline, workout and a balanced diet has turned these guys into well-toned hunks.
Instructions for the exercise demonstrated by Calvin:
  1. Preparation: Lie on your stomach, placing your elbows at right angles to lift your upper body. Your stomach and lower body should touch the floor.
  2. Raise your lower body on tip-toe, squeeze your abs to keep your body in a horizontal line, make sure your butt doesn't stick up, sustain for 30 secs. (When in this position, keep your shoulders relaxed and down, away from your ears.)
  3. Return to position 1, that completes one set. Do 5 sets.
