Ayam percik is a dish where the chicken is seasoned with spices and barbecued over a charcoal fire. Percik in Malay means spalsh/drizzle/sprinkle, which basically means the chicken is sprinkled or perciked with the spices often to ensure that layers of spices are coated in the cooking process. It is popular at the Ramadan Bazaar.
