EXERCISE TASKS


I have extra belly fat and need to do something to get rid of it.  When it comes to exercising, I am not disciplined.  So I must come up with ways to make myself exercise more.

I saw this great idea on Pinterest. So I am going to get me a bunch of ice-cream sticks and write exercise instructions on them.  Then I will place them in a To Do Cup.  Whenever I have a chance, I have to grab one, do what it says, and move the stick to the Done cup.
