I hosted a small scale Chinese New Year celebration at my workplace on Tuesday. Kamariah, Buzz and Khairah helped me to prepare the food. Kama cooked the Briyani rice, curry chicken and curry lamb, Buzz made the Acar while Khairah fried kuey teow and prepared the syrup. Me? I fried the papadam. Ha Ha Ha. Of course, I also brought along the cookies, fritters and nuts. We also had ABC as dessert.
