SUP TULANG


When I went out for dinner with Kamariah yesterday, she ordered Sup Tulang or Beef Rib Soup.  According to her, the soup at the place we dined was nice.  The place is operated by people of Siamese descent. The meat used can be either from the cow’s neck, legs or ribs. The reason of using the bone is to get the marrow out from it to give the soup that extraordinary flavour to the soup.
