Stinky Tofu 臭豆腐 is an acquired taste. Many would would feel nauseous with just a whiff of this snack. Me? I absolutely love it. And I don't get to eat it often as the stall selling this smelly delicacy is in Ipoh. There are two types, the Taiwan style or the Hong Kong style. I prefer the Taiwanese style. As far as I know, the Hong Kong type looks like a cube while the Taiwan type is triangular in shape and crunchier.
