REPURPOSING WATER FEATURE AS PLANTER

This used to be my late mother's water feature. When she became ill and was sent to the nursing home, my aunt and I placed it in the porch and it was left there for more than a year.
Recently I decided to turn the water fountain into a planter.  It was a waste to let such a beautiful ornament go to waste.
