NO GRUDGES FOR DESTROYING MY SHOE

When I went back to Ipoh on Saturday morning, there was no Milo coming around from her house to greet me when I opened the gate.  This was rather strange and even after a few minutes there was still no sign of the pooch.
My aunt and I thought that Milo's owner must have kept her inside the house for fear that it would carry off another one of my shoes.  By late afternoon, I was missing the dog and wondered if poor Milo was kept in solitary confinement for its naughty deed last weekend.  Then at around 6 in the evening, I saw Milo at my doorstep wagging its tail to beckon me.  Happily I went out and played with her for sometime.
How can I bear any grudges against a pooch.  Milo is only about a year old and chewing on shoes is a natural for her kind.
As an aside, I keep my shoes in a three-tier plastic drawer rack that I brought back from Sitiawan.  So I won't have to worry about being left with one side of a shoe.
