At the Ramadan Bazaar, the Chrysanthemum drink is one of the most popular. My friend's children love it but I wouldn't buy it from there because of the sugar they used. If I am not mistaken, they use saccharin.
I usually make this drink if I am feeling heaty. However I not only use chyrsanthemum. I follow a recipe given to me by my godmother. Her recipe includes dried chrysanthemum, Japanese Honeysuckle (lonicera japonica) Jin Yin Hua 金銀花 and Licorice root ( gan cao ) 甘草. Instead of sugar I use Honey Rock Sugar which is much healthier.
