If you go to a Dim Sum restaurant and order a pot of tea, the waiter will most certainly give you one extra cup. Say if two persons were at the table, three cups will be given. Why? Anyone has any idea?
The third cup is for the tea to cool down. It is used to top up the other two cups. Debris collected at the bottom is discarded. The third cup is always filled as a spare to cool down and fill the other two cups.
