IN-HOUSE TRAINING

Yesterday was Yan Yat or the seventh day of the Chinese New Year.  However, there was a staff development in-house training at the college and attendance was compulsory.  You can see me with my colleague Ustaz Syed who was one of the committee members for this session. He was busy placing containers of sweets for the course participants.
Anyway, I was allowed to leave early to go back to Ipoh at 10.00 a.m. so that I could reach the temple by noon for a prayer ceremony.
