In my fervour to reduce my cholesterol level, I have been eating lots of herbal stuff that are purported to be able to do the work. My latest endeavour is the fruit and vegetable salad with olive oil, lime, lemon, cinnamon, garlic and honey as dressing.
You can see a picture of the dressing and the fruits and vegetables that I had prepared at home. I only tossed them before I ate them for breakfast at the college.
Here is my vegetable cum fruit salad after tossing. I made a lot so that I could share it with my friends at the college.
Haji Hasnin said that veges and fruits were rather chunky and helped me to cut them into smaller pieces with a pair of scissors. He said that it was easier to chew. Me? I like them big so that I could chew on them.
