Allow me to show off the pots of flowers that I have in my porch. I must admit that I didn't grow them myself but bought them from my regular florist. Like my late mother, I have a great love for flowers and prefer them to be in pots than be cut and put in vases.
In Feng Shui, flowers are used to invite good luck into the home. Fresh flowers inside the house or in the garden help to create refreshing yang (active) energy and brings in good feelings and mood. When my pots of flowers have withered, I usually discard them and buy new ones. In feng shui, anything dead or decaying is considered to create negative yin (inactive) energy.
