Once in a while, I will put my soft toys in the washing machine to give them a thorough cleaning but then I can't do it during the rainy season as the toys take ages to dry. Furthermore, it is difficult to stuff the bigger toys into the washing machine. Sometimes, the toys get damaged after coming out from the wash. So, I would mostly spray Frebreze on them to eliminate odour and dirt.

laundry shops do provide svc to clean bigger toys.
