ENZYME CLEANERS FROM FRUIT SKIN


I got this tip from my friend Annie on reusing the skin of fruits to make enzyme cleaners. You need 1 kg brown sugar, 3 kg fruit skin (use the citrus type as they have a nice smell) & 10 litres of water. Soak for at least 3 months (she said that hers is already more then a year, and still soaking). The enzyme can be used to mop floors, clean windows, soak clothes, etc.
