DETOX WITH LEMONS


Lemons.  I love them.  I like their colour  and the sweet-sour taste.  That is why I keep a stock of them in my refrigerator as I love using them to make honey lemon drinks and for citrus baths. I even place some as offerings on the altar.
Do you know that the lemon helps the body to flush out toxins, as well as jump-start the digestive tract with enzymatic processes. Lemons also aid the liver in its cleansing processes. To detox, start out each morning with a warm glass of lemon water.
