EAR BISCUIT

I got this bag of Yee Chai Pang or (literally translated) Ear Biscuits from Lai Yoong.  Her sister, Lai Chin, brought it from Bukit Mertajam.  Hmm ... it has been a while since I got to enjoy this traditional biscuit. I felt a sense of nostalgia as I took my first bite of the spiral shaped biscuits which were in the shape of a cow's ear.
