MAMA'S FRIED RICE

The fried rice I am eating is my friend, Khairah's special dish.  She cooks it in the morning for her youngest daughter, Ina to take with her to school and calls it Nasi Goreng Mama or Mama's fried rice.  Sometimes, she'd cook extra and give it to me.
