I enjoy eating a type of hawker fried noodle known as Wat Tan Hor 滑旦河. This is the Cantonese style of cooking noodles. In the hands of as skilled chef, this noodle is a real treat.
Since I don't eat meat, I would specially order Hoi Seen Wat Tan Hor 海鲜滑旦河 or Creamy Seafood Flat Rice Noodles.
