DRAGON ONE RESTAURANT

My Aunt Linda treated me to lunch at Dragon One Restaurant in De Garden last weekend.  She always tells me that at 76, she is living on bonus time and that she makes it a point to indulge in some fine food regularly.  She was the one who suggested going to the Dragon One restaurant for Dim Sum.
This was our first time at the place and so we were not sure of the quality of the cooking.  To our pleasant surprise, all the food that we ordered were simply delicious and a treat for our palates.  We will be going again this weekend to try the other dishes.

Fried rice with prawns and eggs (fried to perfection)
The prawns were very fresh and springy
 The chilli paste was heavenly
Lobak friend with eggs, kucai and bean sprouts
 Steamed prawn dumplings
Custard cakes
