TOO MUCH OF A GOOD THING

 Ladies and gentlemen, for the past month Malaysians have been feasting on the Hari Raya Puasa staples of lemang, ketupat and rendang. No doubt they are really delicious but then too much of a good thing is not good for health.  Too much of lemang or ketupat pulut is not good as they are made from glutinous rice which is filling and fattening .  In my case, I got a case of gas from overindulging in lemang.  It will take a few days and lots of ginger drink to get rid of the gas from my stomach.
