It is a habit of mine to let fresh air into my house when I go back to my house in Ipoh. Even in my house in Sitiawn, I will do this on a daily basis as I want the stale air to be replaced by fresh ones. I would try to at least open the window and door for at least half an hour a day to let the fresh Qi get into my house. Like me, I am sure that you too do not want stale Qi to be in your room all the time.
There is a Feng Shui belief that by doing so good fortune and auspice will come your way. By the way, morning fresh air is way better than the night.
