The vegetable you see above is known as Pucuk Rawan. It is usually found growing wild where there is water. I saw them at the Sitiawan market and bought two bunches at 80 sen each.
Some people use it to make kerabu while others eat it as ulam. For me, I love to eat them as ulam. The Pucuk Rawan is scalded and then eaten with sambal belancan. Muah! Delicious.
