BACK IN TOWN FOR MERDEKA HOLIDAY

Today all Malaysians celebrate 55 years of independence from British colonial rule.  One of the perks is that we get a day off.
Sue Lyn, Lai Yoong's daughter, came back to Sitiawan with two of her buddies for a 'Makan Holiday' (Eating trip) and I got to spend some time with them.  The girl is recovering from a snapped tendon and was walking with a slight limp.  With all the physiotherapy and the medical attention she is getting, I am sure that she will be back to normal in a few weeks' time.
I would like to take this opportunity to wish all Malaysians, "Selamat Hari Merdeka Ke 55"
