They make "toys" that look like a man's private parts so this pillow makes sense.
If things get too hot she could swap the Body Boy Pillow for a "Dutch Wife" which is essentially a bamboo basket roughly in the shape of a person. In hot climates it allows air to circulate and is a lot cooler than having fabric next to your body.
