One can find lovely house plants on sale at the nurseries. You can even find them at hypermarkets and wet markets. In Feng Shui, the clever use and placement of house plants is believed to help attract money as well as luck.
Succulent plants with rounded leaves are considered auspicious. One example is the Jade plant. The rounded leaves of such plants represent coins. The rounded leaves of these plants also represent restful energy. Round fruits bring a similar peaceful energy to rooms.
As for me, I am in favour of the lucky bamboo as it is easy to upkeep and can be placed in a vase filled with water instead of a pot of soil. In the picture above, you can see the lucky bamboo that I had bought before the Chinese New Year.
