I saw small tubes of Haw Flakes or Hawthorne Flakes for sale at a shop and bought three. During my school days many, many years ago, I'd love buying them to eat. Nowadays, they are not that popular any more.
By the way, the Chinese believe that the Haw Flakes are appetite boosters.
