ROTI CANAI








Roti canai is a very Malaysian dish.  It is a sort of flat bread served hot with curry or dhal. The ingredients needed to make Roti Canai are flour, salt, ghee and water.  The roti canai is a dish that is commonly sold at Mamak stalls.   Malaysians of all races have embraced this dish as one of our popular food.
