Yesterday one of my students' grandparents gave a treat to the Form 4 librarians and the teachers who teach their grandson, Baron Syafiq. It was a special meal cooked by Puan Hajah Halimaton to commemorate the passing of Baron's mother who died a month ago. His mother had been paralysed for more than ten years as a result of an accident and she had been suffering from ill health since that time.
Puan Hajah Halimaton or Kak Bee as she is fondly known, cooked Nasi Minyak, curry chicken, Mango kerabu, Tofu cooked with prawns, agar-agar and barley water for us. The meal was delicious as Kak Bee is a good cook.
May God bless the soul of Baron's late mother and may she rest in peace.
