A VARIETY OF APAM MANIS

The Apam Manis or Apom Manis is a popular snack among Malaysians and can trace its origins back to India.    This crepe like snack is made from sugar and flour.
When I was  at the Farmer's Market on Saturday, I saw a few variations of the Apam Manis.  There is a choice of eggs, peanuts, corn and chocolate.  The common ones sell for RM1 while one pays an extra 50 sen for those with the extra ingredients.
