ROTI SARDIN






Once in a while, I have this craving for Roti Sardin. That is when I head to the Mamak Shop to satisfy myself. This is the marvellous thing about living in a multi-cultural society like Malaysia, the people have also embraced the foods of their fellow Malaysians.

The Roti Sardin is Roti Canai (or Prata Bread) stuffed with Sardines. Like my other fellow Malaysians, I usually love eating it with my hands. However, I settled for the fork and spoon the other day. I ate mine with dhal (lentil) curry.
