During school days, my friend Khairah would fry rice for her daughter Ina. She makes a simple one using only rice and eggs. She does not use a lot of oil for the frying and makes sure that it is not salty. This type of food is healthy for children and that is why I would once in a while request for Khairah's special Mama's Fried Rice. She is pictured with the fried rice which she packed for me this morning.
