READILY AVAILABLE HERBS FOR HERBAL BATH

I source my herbs from a Hardware Store in Kampung Simee.  The owner of the store is very generous and allows people to pluck the herbs which are planted in front and by the side of the shop.
My mum is recovering from her bout of illness but has yet to regain her strength and is still not her normal self.   I have been getting herbs to prepare a traditional herbal bath for her for a month already.  Oops! This week I forgot to get the herbs from the school herb garden.  But not to worry, as I can easily source for the herbs from my mum's garden and also the area near my house.
I usually use about 24 types of herbs and add ginger, lengkuas, cinnamon sticks and Himalayan salt to the bath for her.  So you see how bountiful and generous Mother Nature is.  It is us mere mortals who are not aware of her treasures.
Many of the house owners in Kampung Simee plant a lot of herbs outside their homes and they are more than willing to give you some if you tell them you need them for medicinal purposes.
