NASI PATTAYA SERVED LI NA STYLE


In Malaysia, Nasi goreng pattaya, or nasi pattaya, is made by covering or wrapping chicken fried rice, covered with plain egg omellete. Some cooks serve it with chilli sauce, a few slices of cucumber and keropok as well.  
Since I do not eat chicken, I would usually request that the cook make seafood fried rice for me for my Nasi Pattaya.  In this way, I also get to enjoy this Malaysian dish as well.
