HOKKIEN LAM MEE

The Hokkien Lam Mee is also popularly known as birthday mee.  When I order Lam Mee, I tell the hawker to give me prawns only and leave out the shredded chicken meat.  I would also ask that beehoon be added as eating to much mee gives me gas.
