WALKING 158 STEEP STEPS TO REBALANCE MY QI

In the previous blog , I mentioned that had a terrible reaction to the Plant Therapy using Dr Diana's Formula.  The whole of Saturday I was a wreck but then my mum was ill and so I pretended to be okay so that I could send her to the doctor's for treatment.  When Dr Bashir, our family doctor, was treating my mum he noticed that I was looking spaced out and asked me what was wrong. I told him that I was having a bad headache and the kind doctor prescribed some medicine for me as well.  I had actually taken Panadol Active Fast earlier and so by the time we left the clinic the pain was already gone.  Unfortunately, I was still feeling drained of energy and ached all over.
It was already evening by the time we left the clinic and so I decided to go seek out my sifu the next morning.  However, I had to wait until noon to go because I had to send Aunty Linda to church and pick her up after Sunday Service first.
It was 12.30 p.m. when I reached the first of 158 steep steps leading up to the temple where my sifu was. With my throbbing head, aching muscles and tired body I made my way up.  I was already panting when I reached the 50th or so step.  I met one old gentleman who was resting there and he told me to take a seat first before continuing but then I said I was okay and struggled on knowing that once I meet my sifu, I'd be okay.  By the way, I was also told that while one climbs up the steps to the temple and meets an elderly person, there is a possibility that he or she is an Avatar, that is, the deity appearing in the form of a human being.  So no way was I going to show that I was lagging, however much my muscles ached, I had to soldier on to the top without taking a rest.
I made it up in about 10 minutes and after a session with the sifu, I felt rejuvenated and the tiredness evaporated into thin air.  The aches and pains were also gone.  My Qi had been rebalanced.
Happily I made my way downhill and went back home.  However, I had only recovered half of my strength and so need to take flower baths for a few days and be diligent about my meditation.  The problem with me is I am rather lazy when it comes to meditating.  If I meditate regularly, I'd look years younger instead of looking like the old hag that Haji Hasnin calls me.
