WAH! SOOO MUCH ENERGY

Have you ever had the experience of being in a stadium with thousands of school students at an opening ceremony for a sporting event?  If your answer is YES, then you'd know the amount of energy and noise that the young ones generate.  And such energy is Yang Qi or Positive energy.
I had such an experience when I went with 80 male students from my school for the Opening Ceremony of the Malaysian School Sports at Ipoh Stadium yesterday night.  The cheering, the clapping and the pure energy from the young ones were truly overwhelming.  Those who could not stand such an overdose of energy would   feel strained but those who know how to feed on such energy will be able to feel recharged.
