TRYING TO KEEP FIT AND HEALTHY


Yeh!  I have finally moved my lazy bum and made a point to go and do some exercising at an Aerobics Club. Since I am getting older, my joints are not what they used to be and so I need to limber up and keep myself fit.  Here I am on an exercise bike before the Aerobics Session started.  Today is the second time I am attending the one hour class which starts at 6.00 pm.  I shall make it a point to go at least twice a week.  Hopefully, I can get rid of the spare tyre around my waits and the extra flab.
