FRIED IKAN BILIS



I have seen this fried anchovies dish sold at the Farmer's Market for a few years but never thought to give it a try until yesterday morning.  Actually this dish is rather easy to make.  One needs to fry the anchovies and then add a watery paste made from flour and water with a dash of salt.
It was too oily and salty.  I definitely won't buy it again.  Bad for health.
